Your Role
Our marketing team at the Arbitrum Foundation is searching for a dynamic Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager to play a key role in driving growth and adoption within the Arbitrum ecosystem. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will take charge of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing operational processes, and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve primary business goals. This position calls for a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of Web3 industry trends and blockchain technology, a commitment to pushing boundaries in innovation, and a readiness to acquire new skill sets.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and implement go-to-market strategies with community managers and marketing experts to boost the adoption of Arbitrum tech stack and Stylus and enhance engagement on strategic initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analysis to recognize target demographics, emerging trends, and growth opportunities.
- Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and enhance ROI.
- Streamline marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources for optimal allocation and utilization.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing technologies and tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
- Ensure timely reporting of campaign results and insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product, development relations, and business development teams to align and integrate marketing efforts.
- Work with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate the performance of community engagement programs like the Ambassador Program and KOL marketing, and reallocate resources based on performance.
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, preferably in technology or blockchain industries.
- Profound understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency landscape.
- Demonstrated track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and measurement tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Enthusiasm for the future of blockchain technology and the Arbitrum ecosystem.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) or blockchain ventures.
- Familiarity with content marketing and SEO.
- Experience with marketing automation and measurement tools.
