Role Overview:
We are in search of an experienced HR Lead to enhance our team. As an HR Leader, you will drive HR strategy development, introduce people-centric initiatives, and cultivate a healthy work environment. By overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, retention practices, and organizational structure, you will play a vital role in defining our company culture and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR leadership aligned with organizational objectives to ensure effective talent management and a positive work culture.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to enhance their performance and service delivery.
- Support employee relations and engagement by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting satisfaction and retention initiatives.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes to establish effective feedback mechanisms, goal setting, and employee development strategies.
- Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Manage compensation strategies and benefit programs to align with industry standards and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with leadership to design and implement training and development programs for employee growth.
- Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making processes and improve HR strategies.
- Lead change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions through effective people management practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of HR experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong track record in managing HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and approach challenges proactively and flexibly.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, or tech-driven organizations.
