Role Overview

Arbitrum Foundation is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Head of Foundation, responsible for spearheading the Foundation's mission and expanding its presence in the Web3 sector and among competing blockchain ecosystems. This role holds significant influence in driving the Foundation's future success by identifying growth opportunities and executing a well-defined strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives and explore avenues for growth within the Arbitrum Foundation.
• Represent the Foundation on various platforms and advocate for Arbitrum within the Web3 and Blockchain communities.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors and internal stakeholders to shape the strategy for the Foundation and its ecosystem.
• Establish and sustain essential partnerships with stakeholders in the Web3 space and Web2 enterprises exploring Web3.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Acknowledge potential within the Arbitrum ecosystem and highlight contributions from partners and the community.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in business development, cultivating strategic partnerships, and relevant roles within the Web3, Blockchain, or technology industries.
• Strong visibility in the Web3/blockchain field, with a track record of representing brands or ecosystems at prominent industry events.
• Proven ability in creating and executing long-term strategic plans collaboratively and aligning them with business objectives.
• Demonstrated success in fostering relationships with key partners in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Skilled in cross-departmental collaboration to drive strategic initiatives and overall success.
• Deep understanding and involvement in the Web3 space, with connections to ecosystem/VC funds and leading projects in the sector.
