Key Responsibilities:
- Execute meticulous data collection and processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, identifying capital flow regulations across platforms.
- Adhere to data quality inspection protocols and effectively manage model conflicts.
- Proactively identify and address workflow challenges, driving efficient solutions autonomously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics or computer-related fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis with strong problem-solving and observational abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis within customer service, preferably with internet data analytics skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to engage with Chinese/Hong Kong counterparts.
- Strong aptitude for learning, capable of analyzing data intricacies using Excel, Tableau, and other tools (knowledge of SQL/Python preferred).
- Clear logical thinking, effective communication skills, stress tolerance, and a collaborative mindset.
