Data Analyst (Mandarin Support)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute meticulous data collection and processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
2. Demonstrate a solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, identifying capital flow regulations across platforms.
3. Adhere to data quality inspection protocols and effectively manage model conflicts.
4. Proactively identify and address workflow challenges, driving efficient solutions autonomously.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics or computer-related fields.
2. Proficiency in data analysis with strong problem-solving and observational abilities.
3. Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis within customer service, preferably with internet data analytics skills.
4. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to engage with Chinese/Hong Kong counterparts.
5. Strong aptitude for learning, capable of analyzing data intricacies using Excel, Tableau, and other tools (knowledge of SQL/Python preferred).
6. Clear logical thinking, effective communication skills, stress tolerance, and a collaborative mindset.
7. Willingness to work at Tun Razak Exchange, within walking distance of MRT TRX.
