Job Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance user tagging systems to facilitate personalized services and mitigate risks effectively.
• Utilize user behavior data to construct precise and dynamic user profiles.
• Conduct data mining and feature engineering to derive valuable insights from substantial user data sets.
• Collaborate with various departments such as Product, Risk, Marketing, and Technology to refine user segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Regularly evaluate and enhance the performance of user tags and profiles, continually optimizing data accuracy and relevance.
• Contribute to integrating data-centric decision-making processes throughout the organization.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, user profiling, or similar domains.
• A solid foundation in data analytics, user behavior analysis, and customer segmentation techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Profound understanding of user tagging methodologies and user journey mapping.
• A meticulous approach with a keen emphasis on data precision and integrity.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, global team setup.
• Bonus points for experience with big data platforms and tools, familiarity with machine learning methods, and exposure to AI technologies.
