Data Scientist, LLM (AI Agent)

In this role, you will utilize NLU techniques to extract insights from news and social media for trading signals, construct predictive models, and extensively backtest and refine strategies to inform data-driven investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design core modules for LLM-based AI Agent systems, focusing on task planning, memory management, tool invocation, and workflow execution.
• Spearhead the creation of a versatile Agent platform capable of handling multi-task coordination and multi-agent collaboration to enhance large models' usability in intricate business settings.
• Utilize technologies such as LLMs, RAG, vector search, and function calling to build intelligent systems with contextual comprehension and knowledge injection capabilities.
• Establish evaluation systems and automated testing tools to optimize task completion rates, response quality, and overall reliability of Agent behavior.
• Drive AI Agent implementations in vertical scenarios like search, trading, deep analysis, and automated data engineering to unleash the full potential of LLMs in real-world applications.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or a related field of study.
• Comprehensive knowledge of LLM principles (e.g., Transformers) and their application in Agent systems with a track record of building and launching intelligent agents.
• Proficiency in at least two popular open-source Agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or ADK, along with a deep understanding of their internal structures.
• Capable of implementing and optimizing knowledge retrieval systems, familiar with technologies like RAG, and experienced with vector databases such as Milvus or FAISS.
• Solid background in software engineering with proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java, and familiarity with client-server architectures and communication protocols.
