Role Summary

Duties/Responsibilities
Develop, deploy, and manage DeFi smart contracts for fundraising platforms.
Research and analyze emerging DeFi protocols and trends to integrate cutting-edge solutions into our platform.
Design and optimize liquidity pools, staking mechanisms, and yield farming strategies for fundraising.
Work closely with developers, marketers, and business teams to ensure smooth implementation of DeFi solutions.
Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance in DeFi operations.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize on-chain transactions to enhance user experience.
Stay up-to-date with DeFi regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that all solutions adhere to legal standards.
Required Skills
Proven experience in decentralized finance and blockchain ecosystems.
Expertise in smart contract development using Solidity, Vyper, or other blockchain programming languages.
Strong understanding of DeFi protocols like Uniswap, Compound, Aave, Curve, etc.
Familiarity with liquidity provisioning, staking, and yield farming.
Hands-on experience with Web3, Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions, and cross-chain technology.
Ability to work with decentralized exchanges and decentralized autonomous organizations.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for DeFi, crypto, and blockchain innovations.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with fundraising platforms or crypto-based financial tools.
Experience with governance mechanisms in decentralized environments.
Familiarity with the technical and regulatory landscape of DeFi.
Additional Requirements or Expectations Specific to the Position
Experience in auditing smart contracts for vulnerabilities, including knowledge of common exploits
Proficiency in designing token economic models, ensuring alignment with fundraising objectives, liquidity management, and long-term sustainability.
Experience working with cross-chain protocols and integrating multiple blockchain ecosystems
Familiarity with on-chain data analytics tools
Experience in drafting and submitting governance proposals in decentralized platforms and participating in community discussions.

Your Role:
As a Part-Time Business Developer, you will source and onboard new crypto projects, arrange Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, and drive community growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding FlipFlop’s reach and impact while earning competitive task-based rewards.
What You’ll Do:
- Bring serious projects and teams to launch on our platform
- Coordinate weekly AMAs with relevant crypto projects
- Grow our Telegram or Discord communities with genuine members
- Develop partnerships and onboard influencers for ecosystem growth
Who You Are:

Payment structure:

Core Tasks and Deductions:

Penalty: Failure to complete this task will result in a $100 deduction from the $500 base compensation.
2. Arranging Project AMAs (Ask Me Anything Sessions)
Task: Coordinate and host 1 AMA per week with new or relevant crypto projects.
Penalty: Each AMA not completed will deduct $80 from the base compensation.
3. Community Growth
Task: Attract 100 genuine, legitimate new members to the official Telegram or Discord group monthly via a custom invitation link.
Penalty: Failure to reach the goal will deduct $50 from the base compensation.
Extra Rewards (No deductions):
4. Partnership Development
Task: Secure partnerships with crypto communities, marketing agencies, or influencers.
Reward: $100–$200 per signed partnership depending on scope and value.
5. KOL/KOC and Influencer Onboarding
Task: Recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to support project launches or campaigns.
Reward: $25–$50 per vetted KOL/KOC added.
