Who You Are:

We are looking for an experienced derivatives trader to join our team in either The Bahamas or London. The ideal candidate should possess strong quantitative skills, a background in derivatives trading, and a keen interest in cryptocurrency markets. This role involves executing complex trading strategies, collaborating across teams to enhance our business, and contributing to the overall profitability of our trading operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage derivatives portfolio risk within a global trading team spanning Hong Kong, London, New York, and The Bahamas
• Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with internal risk thresholds and regulatory guidelines
• Execute trades and oversee counterparty transactions
• Perform market analysis to identify trading opportunities, monitor market trends, and stay informed about factors influencing crypto markets
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored derivatives solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related disciplines
• Minimum of five years trading experience within the financial sector
• Drive to establish a leading franchise business
• Previous exposure to crypto, FX, or equity derivatives (knowledge of exotics and structured products is a plus)
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, proficiency in statistical and financial modeling
• Proficiency in trading platforms, risk management systems, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
• Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate within a team environment
• High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
