About the Role
We are seeking a Design Operations Manager to join our Global Marketing and Growth team. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier content and creative assets to drive customer growth and support OKX's business objectives. Working under the guidance of the Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee the management of resources, projects, and production for all creative assets, campaigns, and content needs on a global scale.
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of the design department, coordinating the development of high-quality brand designs and video campaigns, including digital advertisements and other multimedia content. Responsibilities include managing creative projects from inception to completion, overseeing resource allocation, fostering stakeholder relationships, and optimizing workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming briefs and manage new brief assignments effectively.
- Supervise project execution, design workflows, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of creative projects.
- Plan and manage the scope and delivery of all creative production projects from start to finish.
- Cultivate relationships with various internal teams and external partners to support collaborative efforts.
- Maintain design content management systems to organize and store brand assets and resources.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to allocate resources, manage timelines, and prioritize workloads.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the global marketing and growth team.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the OKX global marketing and growth team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or operations within a high-volume online business.
- At least 2 years of experience managing creative teams and production professionals.
- Profound understanding of the creative and video production process in digital and printed media.
- Familiarity with content management systems and tools such as Asana, Slack, Figma, etc.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a positive and influential demeanor.
- Track record of collaborating with global cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Capability to uphold process integrity and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest and experience in the crypto industry.
- Previous experience in an agency setting is a plus.
