Job Details:
We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Design Contractor to contribute to our team for a 6-month contract. This role involves creating visually engaging designs across various mediums to support our product and marketing ventures. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in digital and print design.
Responsibilities:
- Use various tools like FigJam, Miro, Hotjar, and Google Analytics to refine user interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing sessions, identifying and prioritizing improvements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address technical issues expediently.
- Utilize QA protocols to maintain high standards in UX design.
- Analyze feedback to iterate and enhance designs for better usability and performance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to conceptualize design ideas.
- Create and design digital assets such as website graphics, social media visuals, and email templates.
- Maintain the company's marketing design library and templates.
- Develop and handle a marketing resource set-up using Webflow.
- Ensure brand uniformity across all design projects.
- Gather and implement stakeholder feedback for design refinement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring on-time delivery.
Qualifications You Possess:
- Background in Graphic Design or a similar role.
- Proficient in Figma, as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Impressive portfolio showcasing versatile design work.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Familiar with Webflow or similar web design tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Keen attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is advantageous.
