Your Role

Who we're looking for

We welcome applications from current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities:

Handling social media management and assisting with content translation;

Researching and sharing relevant local trends and news to enhance brand awareness and marketing efforts;

Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns including airdrops, AMA sessions, and giveaways;

Monitoring and analyzing new user growth and activation metrics;

Growing Binance's user base through creative and engaging strategies;

Assisting in the organization of key Binance events and campaigns in Spain;

Coordinating blockchain hackathons in various regions across Spain, from planning to execution;

Collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), YouTubers, and Instagram influencers to manage talent and enhance outreach efforts;

Addressing community queries and issues to foster a strong local Binance community.

Requirements:

Enrolled in a major University graduate or postgraduate program, preferably in Marketing/Communication;

Experience in community management or related fields, particularly with strong retail user communication skills;

Deep interest in the crypto industry;

Exposure to digital marketing, preferably within crypto exchanges, fintech, eCommerce, tech, or gaming sectors;

Previous marketing/growth roles at a Spanish virtual asset exchange are highly valued;

Data-driven mindset with focus on performance marketing strategies;

Demonstrated expertise in user base growth and management;

Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with international partners;

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing tasks;

Background in community management and event organization is advantageous.
