Digital Advertising Manager / Media Buying Manager / Paid Media Manager

Location: Remote (Must work as per Indochina Time)
Salary: max 3,000 USDT per month
Working Hours: 9 AM – 12 PM and then 1 PM – 6 PM (Indochina Time)
Working Days: Monday to Friday & 2nd Saturday of every month
English Proficiency Required: Must have professional-level proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks.
• Develop media buying strategies tailored to the crypto audience.
• Monitor ad performance and optimize for CPA, CPC, and ROAS.
• Ensure compliance with crypto advertising regulations across different platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives and targeting.
• Collaborate with content, design, and growth marketing teams to maximize ad impact.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising/media buying.
• Proven experience managing campaigns for top 10 crypto brands.
• Deep understanding of crypto audience behavior.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance.
• Familiarity with advertising restrictions and compliance in the crypto space.
• Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and ad tracking tools.
