Responsibilities:

- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and innovation of digital content continually.
- Optimize content for different digital platforms to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to grasp project requirements, offer creative input, and ensure that design solutions meet business objectives effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital design or agencies.
- Proven track record as a Digital Content Designer, with a diverse portfolio showcasing digital design projects.
- Performance-driven approach and experience with performance ads.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Strong grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms and various digital channels.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics is beneficial.
- Familiarity or experience with AI Tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends and passionate about digital innovation.
- Knowledge in fintech, crypto, and NFT industries is advantageous.
