The Role

This presents a unique opportunity to establish and lead a world-class engineering team at Flawless, a company making significant creative and cultural impacts with substantial growth prospects. As the Director of Product Engineering, you will be instrumental in expanding our current engineering team of 20+ engineers, guiding them in a journey of exponential growth while fostering a culture of high performance, product focus, agility, and excellence in craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

  • Own the engineering roadmap and drive execution in collaboration with product, research, and operations to deliver exceptional tools efficiently and at scale.

  • Cultivate an engineering culture where challenges are seen as opportunities for solutions in product development.
