Responsibilities:
We are seeking a well-versed Product Marketing leader who is customer-centric and strategic to join our Product Marketing team. In this role, you will craft and execute vision, strategy, messaging, and positioning for new and existing product launches, tailored to different audiences and use cases. Collaboration with various teams, including revenue, product management, demand generation, and communications, is paramount. Your expertise will be vital in shaping Circle's trajectory by providing competitive insight, refining product positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, and orchestrating essential launches to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, recruit, and mentor a global team of product marketers focusing on customer solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch global products, from market validation to go-to-market strategy.
- Leverage data-driven insights for informed product and marketing strategies.
- Drive growth and engagement by formulating new packages and narratives.
- Implement sales enablement strategies, including training and customer assets development.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to enhance Circle’s competitive positioning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- More than 10 years of experience, preferably in B2B environments.
- Previous involvement in leading a product marketing team within a B2B setting.
- Proven track record in achieving rapid growth with innovative technologies.
- Strong grasp of platform services businesses, ideally in Payments, Fintech, or Blockchain.
- Proficient in coaching and developing a diverse global team of Product Marketing Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting compelling content for varied audiences.
- Thrives in adaptable environments and brings structure to complexity.
- Enthusiastic about cryptocurrency and committed to continuous learning in the field.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Macbook is beneficial.
Additional Details:
- This role is eligible for immediate PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Compensation package varies based on multiple factors, with a base pay range of $197,500 to $255,000.
- Offer includes equity and benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)), a discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays in the U.S.
