Earn Compliance project specialist/manager
Responsibilities
Assist the Earn team in managing Compliance-related Project Management & Product Operations tasks from Compliance, Regulatory, Risk, and Legal perspectives.
Collaborate with the Legal & Compliance advisory team to protect and expand Earn Products Market Share (Savings, Loans, Staking & Structured Products) by implementing Compliance/Legal strategies and operations.
Manage regulatory projects across different teams - VIP, CS, Regional Marketing, and local legal counsels to ensure smooth and compliant product marketing & sales operations.
Plan and monitor compliance, regulatory, and legal growth initiatives frequently with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve Earn’s KPI goals.
Have prior experience with Financial, Wealth Management, or Interest products such as Savings, Loans, Staking & Structured Products, and understand competitor & similar DeFi products.
Preferred background in Operations, Legal & Compliance from Crypto Exchanges or Traditional Finance.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, compliance, Legal, and Risk operations within the crypto or traditional finance industry.
Essential skills include Strong Multi-Stakeholder management, large-scale project management, and the ability to align with various business units.
Possess a strategic business mindset, along with excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of Earn Products, Binance, and competitors, including cryptocurrency and blockchain-related terms, trends, options, lending, staking, & derivatives protocols.
Strong analytical skills, effective communication, self-motivation, and quick learning abilities are a plus.
Show proficiency as a fast-learner, problem solver, hard-worker, and technically skilled individual adept at handling data.
Completion of the interview process will involve a compliance operations assessment for final evaluation.
