Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and strengthen institutional-level Earn product features within the Binance Earn suite.
- Conduct research to create new institutional Earn and wealth management products tailored for Institutional/HNW/VIP Clients.
- Drive growth in Total Value Locked (TVL), client acquisition, and revenue for Binance Earn products through a combination of product development, business strategies, and go-to-market efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to implement product enhancements, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with the VIP and Internal Business Development teams to identify new opportunities, align strategies, maximize outreach, and grow the client base.
- Manage relationships with institutional clients like family offices, asset managers, and high-net-worth entities, understanding their needs and providing tailored Earn solutions.
- Identify market trends and customer needs, offering feedback to product teams to improve Binance Earn offerings.
- Lead institutional marketing initiatives, workshops, and webinars to educate clients on Earn products and yield strategies.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified institutional leads and convert them to active users through strategic partnerships and outreach.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with institutional clients and key partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as TVL Growth and client onboarding metrics and prepare reports to track the impact of growth strategies.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competition, and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Act as the Direct Responsible Person (DRP) or Point of Contact (POC) for institutional Earn growth initiatives and partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in institutional product development, business development, sales, product growth, or wealth management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields, with advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- Deep understanding of crypto products and solutions, capable of effectively communicating complex concepts to sophisticated clients.
- Proficient in managing relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and family offices.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate with international partners.
- Based in the Asia Time Zone UTC 8 (±2) preferred.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks pertaining to digital assets.
- Strong grasp of digital asset investment products, institutional client needs, and the DeFi/crypto ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability in driving institutional client acquisition and revenue growth, particularly with family offices, asset managers, or institutional investors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and product optimization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with a proactive attitude.
- Detail-oriented and accountable, taking ownership of tasks and outcomes.
- Open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
