We seek an Education Marketing Manager for the Kyrgyzstan region who will spearhead local marketing campaigns across various markets. This role extends beyond data-driven growth strategies to encompass community building, lifecycle management, event planning, and the development of impactful marketing campaigns. The role entails ensuring Binance maintains relevance, visibility, and engagement in one of our priority regions.
Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of educational initiatives in Kyrgyzstan, from conceptualization and planning to execution and performance evaluation.
- Designing and expanding educational programs tailored to the Kyrgyz market, in alignment with Binance's strategic objectives.
- Working closely with the Ministry of Education and other government and academic entities to establish and deliver long-term educational initiatives.
- Organizing and executing offline and online educational events such as roadshows, student programs, crypto schools, and webinars.
- Managing the local marketing budget for educational endeavors, emphasizing ROI and efficiency.
- Engaging with stakeholders like universities, schools, student organizations, and partners to maximize outreach and impact.
- Overseeing analytics and reporting, monitoring the effectiveness of educational campaigns, preparing reports, and optimizing initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Managing relationships with governmental and institutional bodies.
- Demonstrating strong project management skills, capable of independently running multiple initiatives concurrently and delivering high-quality results within set timelines.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or the educational sector.
- Proven expertise in building, managing, and scaling educational programs or projects.
- Sound knowledge of the crypto industry, its products, and adoption trends.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Kyrgyz to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.
- Residence in Kyrgyzstan.
- Proficient in analytical and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from start to finish.
- Experience collaborating with governmental or educational institutions, particularly within Central Asia.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, adept at establishing partnerships at various levels.

- Desirable to have experience working in rapidly growing tech or fintech companies.
- Hands-on experience with local PR, influencers, or grassroots communities is advantageous.
