Elixir Developer (Business Automation)

Job Responsibilities

• Continuous learning and development within a team focused on designing, developing, and enhancing software for diverse projects, closely related to key business activities and executed efficiently by a small team.
• Contribution to the architectural design of various software components across scalable applications, spanning from frontend user interfaces to backend systems.
• Active engagement with cross-functional teams at Crypto.com for optimizing workflows and ensuring regulatory compliance through the development and enhancement of internal tools and systems.
• Collaborating with different departments on projects such as customer onboarding, compliance, marketing, cryptocurrency transactions, UI/UX design, and business requirements.
• Working closely with technical and non-technical teams to deliver innovative features, improve internal tools, and meet complex business needs efficiently.
• Full-stack development responsibilities, involving designing user interfaces, building server infrastructures, and maintaining high-availability operations portals.
• Creating minimum viable products (MVPs) and conducting experiments to validate new ideas and products.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in end-to-end web application development.
• Knowledge of at least one backend programming language and one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Familiarity with Git workflows and testing practices.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Bonus experience in account auditing, teaching coding skills, functional programming, DevOps, and SRE practices.
