Description
We are a collaborative team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various venture projects that complement our core businesses. Our projects are rapidly bootstrapped with compact teams. Your role will involve active participation in designing various components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Stay consistently engaged in learning and open to new ideas
- Possess a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Take ownership of the operations team responsibilities, which include tasks like managing the token price page, internal portal, and custom tools at the organization
- Collaborate closely with different teams at the company to enhance workflows and guarantee compliance with industry standards
- Drive the implementation of technical enhancements to meet complex business requirements
- Work with various projects and teams such as onboarding, KYC for customers, compliance, marketing, and CRM tools, growth initiatives, blockchain and payments, amongst others
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver cutting-edge features and improvements
- Regularly collaborate with non-technical teams to enhance internal tools
- Responsible for full stack development activities including designing user interactions, developing server and database functionalities, and maintaining the operations portal ensuring high availability
- Develop MVPs and experiments to validate and test new ideas and products
Requirements
- Proficiency in end-to-end web application development
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework like React, Vue, or Angular
- Proficient in using Git workflows
- Strong English communications skills
- Bonus experience in Account Auditing
- Proficient in teaching coding skills related to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) such as monitoring and observability
- Experience in functional programming and DevOps
