Your role as a Software Engineering Manager involves leading and motivating multiple product engineering squads to drive technical excellence and innovation. You will build and guide high-performing teams, set strategic technical direction, and contribute to achieving our ambitious product roadmap.

How We Work:

• Organized in product squads comprising product managers, designers, tech leads, and engineers.
• Squad responsibilities include domain-specific tasks like deposits, trading, and customer onboarding.
• Engineering Managers oversee multiple squads and collaborate with the Tech Leadership Team.

What We Build:

• Our stack includes Node.js, AWS, and React/React Native.
• High scalability of our trading platform to handle market fluctuations.
• Emphasis on security and customer-centric design for over 800,000 users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor two product engineering squads to achieve high performance and inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with tech leadership and support tech leads in designing scalable and secure software.
• Define roadmap and priorities with Product, Design, and senior leadership.
• Foster leadership capabilities within teams through feedback and professional development.
• Promote agile practices and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Significant engineering expertise with leadership experience in managing product-focused engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development principles.
• Experience in aligning engineering efforts with business objectives through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track record of implementing long-term technical strategies for business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with stakeholders.

Salary Range: $190,000 - $215,000 per year
