The objective of an Engineering Manager is to foster the organic growth of the engineering department. As an Engineering Manager, you are tasked with participating in recruiting top-tier Engineers to sustain team expansion, guiding and collaborating with team members to facilitate their career advancement, and implementing processes conducive to a high-performance engineering team. People are the cornerstone of this organization, and as an Engineering Manager, your mission is to nurture and contribute to Anchorage’s culture, mentor and coach team members, refine our roadmap, and extend continual support in our recruitment endeavors. A desirable outcome is a team that grows, feels motivated, fulfilled, and ready to tackle the next company milestone.
You will oversee the engineering team for a burgeoning business segment within Anchorage Digital, brimming with growth potential. This segment is a strategic focus for the company and offers high visibility across the organization.
