Job Summary:
BitGo is seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Go Network division. You will focus on developing resilient services independently or as part of a team, advancing critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture, and lead a team of skilled engineers, fostering an environment of open communication, craftsmanship, and accountability
- Oversee quality and timely delivery of the team's output
- Manage BitGo Prime's technology and services, including trading, lending, and settlement
