What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Oversee and manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, ensuring seamless transfers in and out of the exchange.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing.
  • Analyze and address exceptional items concerning settlements, collaborating with interdepartmental teams and banking partners for swift resolution.
  • Contribute to future development initiatives by testing new product offerings.
  • Generate performance reports featuring metrics for evaluating performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Assist the accounting team with reconciling and other payment-related tasks.
  • Review settlement operations, identifying areas for enhancements and automation.
  • Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc requests as needed.

What We Look For In You

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in industries such as crypto exchange, banking, or fintech.
  • Proficiency in cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and UAE-related regulations.
  • Strong expertise in financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle extensive data sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer skills.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
