What we seek:
We are in search of a proficient Film Innovation Supervisor to collaborate closely with the UK and US teams in delivering top-quality visually adapted film and TV projects to clients. Your role will involve overseeing and managing the progression and approval stages of this transformative product that is reshaping the Film and TV sector.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the 'visual dubbing' process for film and TV programs
- Manage small teams in the UK and their assignments
- Collaborate with UK and US Production Leads to uphold high standards in a fast-paced production environment
- Quality check each phase of projects during the visual dubbing procedure
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the visual dubbing process to address challenges and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with other supervisors in the UK and US to optimize processes for efficiency and top-notch output
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of TV/film post-production workflow (from filming to final delivery)
- Proficient in industry-standard editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Avid, Adobe Premiere)
- Experience with various file formats and color spaces, including EXRs and ACES color space
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Positive work ethic and collaborative attitude
Bonus Skills
- Leadership experience with a team of three or more in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in task management software like Flow (ShotGrid/Shotgun)
- Knowledge of picture quality control/review processes
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
