Responsibilities:
- Design and refine the underlying logic of trading platforms for derivatives like options and futures to ensure optimal efficiency.

- Develop risk models like isolated margin and portfolio margin to bolster capital efficiency, manage risks proactively, and integrate risk controls into product design.
- Oversee critical parameters like tick size and margin tiers, while prioritizing system stability through continuous monitoring of industry trends and competitor advancements.
- Implement stress testing and automated monitoring tools to identify and address risks promptly.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to scale and maintain a compliant trading infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field like Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, or Computer Science.
