Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Compliance Infrastructure team across various locations. This team oversees the development and upkeep of systems, processes, and technologies that uphold our organization's compliance functions. A key area of focus is the Global Financial Crimes and Compliance Operations team, which manages financial crime risk and ensures compliance with anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, and anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact point for the Financial Crime (Fin-Crime) team, handling inquiries related to procedures and team operations.
  • Enhance team efficiency by streamlining existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Introduce new processes to boost team performance and results.
  • Collaborate with Money Laundering Reporting Officers (MLROs) to enforce instructions and procedures for the Fin-Crime team.
  • Lead the recruitment of analysts and oversee their onboarding process.
  • Develop and carry out training programs for new analysts.
  • Assign and oversee tasks on a daily and weekly basis to ensure the team meets business objectives and addresses backlog challenges.
  • Analyze operational data to propose enhancements to processes, procedures, and systems.
