Your role
As the founding engineering leader, you will spearhead the development of the initial product iteration and expand your team in a well-financed startup poised for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technically to define the technology vision, stack, and architecture
- Recruit the initial product engineering team in collaboration with the founder-CEO
- Collaborate closely with the founder and team during initial product development
- Cultivate high-performance engineering practices and culture
- Work alongside the founder-CEO for company management and strategic initiatives
Requirements
