We are a newly funded stealth company focused on revolutionizing the B2B payments industry. While consumer online payments appear seamless, the B2B landscape involves a complex network of manual processes for invoicing and transactions totaling trillions of dollars annually. Our AI-driven accounts receivable assistant aims to streamline and expedite the payment process for businesses.

Founded by a former Chief Product Officer from a fintech unicorn, we are assembling a tight-knit team of 5-6 professionals to discover product-market fit collaboratively.

Your role

As the founding engineering leader, you will spearhead the development of the initial product iteration and expand your team in a well-financed startup poised for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technically to define the technology vision, stack, and architecture
  • Recruit the initial product engineering team in collaboration with the founder-CEO
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and team during initial product development
  • Cultivate high-performance engineering practices and culture 
  • Work alongside the founder-CEO for company management and strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Proficient technical leader willing to code and lead concurrently 
  • Background in startup/scaleup settings
  • Experience in new product development from inception
  • Emphasis on pragmatic product engineering with a customer-focused approach
