We are a newly funded startup focused on transforming the audit industry, utilizing AI technology to streamline financial, IT, and ESG audits. By developing cutting-edge AI-driven software, we aim to simplify the auditing process for both auditors and auditees, meeting the increasing demand for audits. Your Role:

As a founding engineer with a Full-stack expertise leaning towards Frontend development, you will be instrumental in bringing our groundbreaking product to fruition. You will have full ownership of the software development cycle, collaborating closely with our technical founders. Your responsibilities include co-developing the product from Figma mockups, participating in defining requirements, and creating comprehensive plans to realize our product roadmap. Additionally, you will ensure the software meets diverse user needs through iterative development based on user feedback. This role offers a unique chance to shape the product right from the beginning.

Qualifications:

• React
• TypeScript
• UI Components: Proficiency in converting Figma mockups into React components

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with highly interactive web applications
• Comfortable with Backend development in Full-Stack role
• Proficiency in E2E Testing using frameworks like Playwright/Cypress

Extra Qualifications:

• Skill in writing and optimizing Dockerfiles
• Knowledge of SQL and related concepts
• Familiarity with Firebase for Auth Services
• Experience with Next.js for Client-Side Rendering

Compensation & Company Culture:

• Salary range from €70K - €110K EUR with significant equity

Note: For this position, possession of an existing EU/German work permit is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Interview Process:

1. Initial call for introduction to the company
2. Technical interview
3. Workshop to explore the product and company culture
4. On-site half-day involving collaboration with the team on a real project
