Francophone Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager specialized in the Francophone Africa region to oversee local marketing campaigns across multiple markets. This position involves not only data-driven growth strategies but also entails community development, lifecycle management, event planning, and crafting impactful marketing initiatives. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Binance's continued relevance, visibility, and engagement in one of our key regions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end marketing activities for the Francophone Africa region, encompassing business strategy development and daily marketing execution
• Conceptualize and implement marketing initiatives tailored to resonate with the local culture and users
• Create and execute user growth campaigns spanning acquisition, activation, and retention phases
• Foster community engagement and oversee various social channels
• Coordinate and manage both offline and online events such as meetups, roadshows, and collaborations
• Handle local marketing budgets effectively for optimal ROI allocation
• Provide regular, clear, and timely reports on campaign performance
• Collaborate closely with global and product marketing teams to localize campaigns effectively

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in Web3, fintech, or agency environments
• Demonstrated expertise in campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing
• Proficiency in both English and French to facilitate communication with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for translating insights into actionable strategies
• Comfortable with taking ownership and operating accountably
• Previous experience in Web3/crypto marketing agencies or startups is highly preferred

Nice to have:

• Background in rapidly scaling tech or fintech companies
• Hands-on experience with local PR, influencers, or grassroots communities
