Description
Binance, a prominent global blockchain ecosystem recognized for being the driving force behind the largest cryptocurrency exchange in terms of trading volume and user base, is seeking a skilled Senior Front-end Engineer to contribute to the design and development of various products within the organization's ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain front-end applications for exchange platforms to ensure an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to comprehend business requirements and implement effective front-end solutions.
- Implement security and performance enhancements to guarantee the stable and efficient operation of the exchange platform.
- Research and assess new front-end technologies and tools to enhance the team's development processes and technology stack continuously.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated technical proficiency; no formal academic degree requirement.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, with at least 4 years of experience in developing and implementing JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Solid understanding of popular UI rendering frameworks like React or Vue and in-depth knowledge of web performance optimization and error monitoring.
- Expertise in developing toolkits to enhance front-end development efficiency and quality, including a deep understanding of various tools like ESbuild, Webpack, Parcel, Vite, etc.
- Proficiency in server-side NodeJS framework development and server-side rendering.
- Skilled in Micro Frontend Management, including proficiency in mono-repo tools and experience with CICD pipelines.
- Strong coding abilities with a hands-on approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Contribution as a core developer to some popular open-source projects.

Design and maintain comprehensive risk frameworks tailored to Web3 systems (protocol, liquidity, counterparty, smart contract).
Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication

Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
(Bonus) Have contributed to DAOs or Web3 protocols before — or maybe you’ve been a degen with a spreadsheet.
