As a Full-Stack Engineer at Toku, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our user-centric products and contributing to our ambitious projects that drive our technological advancements and link virtual rewards to real-world systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to craft strategies and make informed decisions.
• Maintain high coding standards, emphasize strong typing, and design efficient APIs.
• Establish and document best practices to ensure scalability and technical excellence within the engineering department.
• Strive to enhance existing processes and uphold Toku's technical standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in developing quality, maintainable code in a fast-paced, agile setting.
• Demonstrated success in full project lifecycle involvement using a diverse range of technologies.
• Proactive, autonomous approach with the skills to integrate different solutions effectively.
• In-depth understanding of software engineering best practices and quality standards.
• Track record in front-end and back-end system development, product launch, and scalability.
• Exceptional teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective communication skills.
• Strong initiative with a history of entrepreneurial endeavors considered a plus.
• Availability during North America Time Zone hours.
