Full Stack Engineer - Mainapp

We are seeking a team member to contribute to the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of software for various fiat wallet projects. These projects are aligned with our core businesses, involving rapid bootstrapping with a small, efficient team. The role entails active participation in designing components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend user interfaces to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Engage in full-stack development, propose architectural solutions, collaborate on designs, conduct design and code reviews, and implement products that connect Crypto.com with developers and users.
• Create prototypes for new concepts related to fiat payment networks or platforms.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, explore new technologies, and experiment with diverse approaches.
• Identify and solve complex issues within large-scale backend systems and web platforms.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of implemented code and functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance the technology stack for long-term engineering strategies.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for developing high-quality products that address real-world challenges, proficiency in various technologies, self-motivation, quick learning ability, and a proactive work ethic.
• Willingness to embrace innovative ideas, drive continuous improvement, welcome challenges, and adapt to new possibilities.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, adept at managing conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Advantageous to have knowledge in financial domains or Blockchain technology.
• Skills in addressing scalability, security, and performance concerns.
• Essential experience in web front-end development, especially with React and Redux.
• Familiarity with various front-end frameworks and technologies, such as React.js, Vue.js, Mobx, and Redux.
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages like Ruby on Rails and Golang.
• Understanding of global payment systems is a plus.
• Candidates with limited experience can be considered for junior roles.
