Our establishment stands as a pioneering Blockchain Metaverse Studio and a premier Blockchain P2E & NFT launchpad globally, having successfully launched over 50 projects. Currently, we are in search of a skilled Gaming Recruiter to collaborate with us remotely in the creation of a cutting-edge AAA Open World RPG Web3 game and spearheading further projects through the primary p2e incubator.
Key Responsibilities:
As an adept gaming recruiter, your core responsibility involves identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for vacant positions within our game development studios. Your key focus would revolve around filling open roles in our studio's Game Development teams, spanning across Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production, and other domains as required. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will drive the recruitment process forward by creating new job descriptions, sourcing candidates actively to nurture your own candidate pool, administering candidate testing, conducting interviews, assessing candidates for their suitability, coordinating interview schedules, and finalizing offers.
Primary Duties:
Your primary emphasis will be on filling vacant positions within our studio's Game Development teams across various functions like Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production, and others as needed.
Engage in all recruitment-related activities, including job fairs, virtual-recruiting events, open houses, and public speaking engagements.
Stay proactive in researching industry events, trends, and utilizing insights to our benefit.
Conduct candidate sourcing diligently and explore innovative strategies to discover the required talent.
Establish and nurture relationships with industry peers, recruitment agencies, and other sources housing high-quality candidates.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of experience or an equivalent experience blend.
Ideal candidates should possess over 3 years of in-house recruiting experience within the video game development or creative studio environment (games, animation, VFX).
Adaptability, flexibility, and adeptness in managing evolving priorities are highly valued.
Exceptional organizational abilities and aptitude for multitasking are essential attributes.
Proficiency in daily documentation using an ATS is preferred.
Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects and adhere to strict timelines.
Sound interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial.
Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals across different organizational levels.
Possession of good judgment with a knack for making timely and wise decisions.
Synergy-driven, adaptable, and innovative team player capable of fostering a collaborative environment.
Compensation and Working Details:
Compensation will be in cryptocurrency (USDC).
Working hours: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm CET.
Preferred region: APAC.
Monthly remuneration ranging between $1,000 and $2,200.
