Gaming Recruiter

We are a forward-thinking Blockchain Metaverse Studio at the forefront of Blockchain P2E & NFT launchpads globally, having successfully launched over 50 projects. Currently, we are looking for a Gaming Recruiter to work remotely and assist in creating the best AAA Open World RPG Web3 game, as well as launching additional projects through our prominent p2e incubator.
Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will have the ability to source and recruit suitable individuals for various roles within our game development studios, focusing on Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production, and related areas. Collaboration with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process, such as crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, managing assessments, conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, coordinating interviews, and finalizing offers.
Key Duties:
- Actively engage in recruitment activities like job fairs, virtual recruiting events, open houses, and public speaking engagements.
- Stay informed about current industry trends and events to leverage this knowledge effectively.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through diverse channels and explore innovative strategies to attract top talent.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with industry peers, agencies, and other talent sources to secure high-quality candidates.

Our collaborative approach involves sourcing, cold calling, and using innovative methods to acquire the talent needed for our objectives. We aim for teamwork and mutually beneficial partnerships among all team members. The right fit for this role should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Desirable 3+ years’ experience as an in-house recruiter within the video game development or creative studio industry.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities swiftly, with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in daily documenting work progress using an ATS.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an adeptness at interacting effectively with individuals at various organizational levels.
- Demonstrated good judgment and aptitude for making timely and well-founded decisions.
- A creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
Additional Details:
- Compensation will be provided in cryptocurrency (USDC).
- Working hours are set from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm CET.
- Preferably seeking candidates from the APAC region.
- Salary range: $1,000 - $2,200 per month.
