We are a cutting-edge Blockchain Metaverse Studio and prominent Blockchain P2E & NFT launchpad organization globally, with a track record of launching over 50 projects. We require a Gaming Recruiter to join us remotely to aid in the creation of a top-tier AAA Open World RPG Web3 game and facilitate the launch of further projects through a leading p2e incubator.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced gaming recruiter to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions within our game development studios. Your main responsibilities will include filling vacancies in our studio Game Development teams such as Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production, and other roles as necessary. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will drive the candidate selection process by crafting job descriptions, building and managing a candidate pipeline, conducting candidate assessments, interviewing potential hires, assessing candidate suitability for recruitment, coordinating interviews, and finalizing job offers.
Key Tasks:
- Play a pivotal role in filling open positions across our studio Game Development teams, including Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production, and other departments as needed.
- Engage in various recruitment activities like job fairs, virtual-recruiting events, open houses, and public speaking engagements.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and events, leveraging this knowledge for optimal outcomes.
- Actively source candidates and explore innovative approaches to identify suitable talent.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with industry peers, agencies, and other talent sources.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience or a comparable combination of education and expertise.
- Top candidates will possess over 3 years of in-house recruitment experience in video game development or a creative studio setting.
- Must exhibit adaptability, resourcefulness, and readiness to handle evolving priorities.
- Proficient in maintaining detailed records of work within an ATS.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to effectively engage with individuals at different organizational levels.
- Possesses sound judgment and prompt decision-making abilities.
