Global Partner Marketing Project Manager

• We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Global Brand Partnerships team, responsible for managing brand partnership campaigns efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills.

• The candidate should have expertise in working with internal cross-functional teams to support operational excellence in Brand Partnerships strategy and execution.

• This is a remote role available globally.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee global sponsorship/brand partnership projects in collaboration with various internal teams.
• Manage progress reporting, after-action reviews, vendor and payment management, and other necessary administrative tasks.
• Develop tools and best practices to enhance Brand Partnerships projects.
• Identify operational areas for improvement and drive plans to address them.
• Define and optimize cross-functional operating models, processes, and planning cycles.
• Ensure marketing deliverables are met by working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure the fulfillment of commercial rights, deliverables, and assets of partnerships.
• Offer strategic ideas and initiatives for enhancing strategies when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in marketing and brand partnerships projects.
• Experience with international and cross-functional teams.
• Track record of delivering strategic partnership projects generating substantial value for organizations.
• Background in Crypto or understanding of Web 3.0 Products is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in organization, prioritization, and project management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• High level of intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
