Description

At our company, we specialize in cutting-edge global compensation and employment solutions, offering innovative features such as real-time tax calculations, a unified global API for employment needs, and the seamless processing of non-monetary compensation like stock or token grants.

We have become a vital ally for cryptocurrency firms and their legal advisors for token generation events (TGE) and launches. Our latest key offering, Token Grant Administration (TGA), is a system that manages token cap tables for founders, employees, and investors – quickly gaining billions in on-platform value since its launch.

We secured $20 million in funding from a consortium led by Blockchain Capital, in addition to backing from Protocol Labs, GMJP, OrangeDAO, Orrick, Reverie, Quantstamp, Next Web Capital, as well as notable angel investors such as the founders of Protocol Labs and Alchemy.

As the company grows rapidly, we are seeking a Global Payroll Manager to enhance customer relationships and efficiently manage payroll operations on a large scale. The main focus of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues related to payroll, employment, token grants, and compliance on a global scale.

Our teams of Customer Success and Payroll experts are proficient in handling payroll and token grant matters, requiring proficiency in payroll management either in-house or with a payroll provider/EOR.
