Job Responsibilities and Role
Wintermute is seeking an Algorithmic Trader with proficient coding skills in Python and a keen interest in high-frequency trading, liquidity provision, and crypto trading. In this role, you will manage your own trading "desk," allowing you to develop trading algorithms and strategies. While receiving guidance from experienced traders and developers, including the founders, you will be given significant independence and responsibility to make a direct impact. Your success will be aligned with the company's success through incentives, including equity opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Following a training period, you will enhance existing trading strategies, introduce new trading products, and refine the technology supporting our trading systems.
