Job Responsibilities and Role

Wintermute is seeking an Algorithmic Trader with proficient coding skills in Python and a keen interest in high-frequency trading, liquidity provision, and crypto trading. In this role, you will manage your own trading "desk," allowing you to develop trading algorithms and strategies. While receiving guidance from experienced traders and developers, including the founders, you will be given significant independence and responsibility to make a direct impact. Key Responsibilities
