Job Summary:

Under the mentorship of highly experienced professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in traditional finance and the crypto sector, you will have the opportunity to learn from a uniquely skilled team adept at handling both OTC client flow and high-frequency market making. As a Graduate Trader at B2C2, your main responsibilities will involve overseeing the central risk book on a daily basis.

Duties include:

• Managing algorithms that facilitate market-making on crypto platforms and for clients.
• Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and irregularities.
• Monitoring and managing overall market risk in the portfolio.
• Collaborating closely with B2C2's developers and operations team to ensure the smooth running of operations.
