Growth Creative Copywriter

We are in search of a skilled and imaginative copywriter to join the Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. This role, working closely with the Creative Director, entails creating visually appealing and engaging digital content across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a flair for design aesthetics, keep updated with digital trends, and excel in transforming concepts into compelling visuals. This position, which involves utilizing AI tools, offers the flexibility of remote work for effective collaboration from any location.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and captivating content for digital platforms like social media, websites, video, email, and in-app content.
• Proficient in content writing for diverse advertising channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
• Collaborate with the Growth team, including Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytic teams, to provide effective copywriting solutions.
• Conduct research and brainstorm ideas to create captivating messages tailored for the target audience.
• Create personalized messaging for various customer segments to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Craft content in various formats like push notifications, emails, blogs, and other short-form/long-form digital channels.
• Set the tone and drive creativity in collaboration with the Project Manager and Creative team.
• Keep abreast of trending topics to identify content opportunities.
• Confirm content validity with internal teams for comprehensive input.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all written materials.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to delivery, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• Utilize AI tools proficiently for developing compelling visuals and content.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in fintech/blockchain content writing.
• Exceptional ability in crafting impactful writing.
• Proven experience as a Senior Copywriter with a strong portfolio reflecting work in the crypto industry, product descriptions, CRM content, and advertising campaigns.
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto landscape, including cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, industry trends, and target audience preferences.
• Proficiency in writing for different channels and formats such as social media, websites, emails, push notifications, and in-app pop-ups; ability to adapt content to specific channels.
• Capability to develop strategic copywriting approaches aligned with business goals and campaign objectives.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams like designers, product managers, and CRM specialists to execute campaigns successfully.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making, analyzing campaign performance to optimize messaging; familiarity with CRM tools, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; adaptable to changes and open to feedback and improvements.
• Exceptional skills in crafting narrative-driven content for CRM campaigns like email sequences, onboarding flows, and customer nurturing programs.
• Proven ability in developing compelling, customer-centric copy that establishes emotional connections and drives desired actions.
