We are in search of an experienced and innovative copywriter to join the Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. This position entails collaborating closely with the Creative Director to craft attractive and engaging digital content for diverse platforms. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a sharp eye for design aesthetics, remain updated on digital social trends, and excel in transforming concepts into captivating visuals. This role involves utilizing AI tools and offers the convenience of remote work to enable efficient collaboration from any location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce inventive and compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, videos, emails, and in-app materials.
  • Comprehend content writing for various advertising channels like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google, among others.
  • Partner with the Growth team, inclusive of Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytic teams, to provide effective copywriting solutions.
  • Conduct research and brainstorm ideas to develop engaging messages tailored to the target audience.
  • Create personalized, segmented messaging for different customer segments to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Write content across various formats, including push notifications, emails, blogs, and other short and long-form digital channels.
  • Uphold the creative tone and drive innovative strategies in collaboration with the Project Manager and Creative team.
  • Stay informed about trending topics and news to identify potential content opportunities.
  • Gather input and validate content with internal teams for consistency and quality assurance.
  • Take charge of projects from inception to fruition, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with acute attention to detail.
  • Utilize AI tools for crafting compelling visuals and content.

Requirements

  • Over 6 years of experience in fin-tech/blockchain content writing.
  • Exceptional skills in developing impactful content.
  • Proven background as a Senior Copywriter with a robust portfolio showcasing work within the crypto industry, including product descriptions, CRM content, and advertising campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, encompassing cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, industry trends, and target audience preferences.
  • Proficiency in writing for various channels and formats such as social media, websites, emails, push notifications, and in-app pop-ups, adapting content to suit each channel specifically.
  • Ability to devise strategic copywriting approaches aligned with business goals and campaign objectives.
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like designers, product managers, and CRM specialists to execute effective campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making, capable of analyzing campaign performance to optimize messaging, with familiarity in CRM tools, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, open to feedback and iterative processes.
  • Proficient in crafting narrative-driven content for CRM campaigns, including email sequences, onboarding flows, and customer nurturing programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to create emotionally engaging, customer-centric copy that motivates desired actions.
