Growth Data Scientist/Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Junior Growth Data Scientist/Analyst to join our dynamic Growth team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in utilizing data to inform strategic decisions, optimize growth strategies, and improve user acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage acquisition dashboards to track user growth and campaign performance.
• Create predictive models to support marketing campaign strategies.
• Analyze data to extract insights that drive business decisions and performance enhancements.
• Streamline tasks and data processes through automation to boost team productivity.
• Collaborate with various teams to support data-informed decisions and project executions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and utilize new tools and techniques for data analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Up to 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for experience in the crypto industry.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with statistical software like R or Python and data manipulation libraries.
• Strong analytical skills to handle data organization, analysis, and reporting accurately.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively through queries and reports.
• Knowledge of acquisition campaign platforms like Appsflyer or SensorTower.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
