What Your Responsibilities Will Encompass
Develop and execute the company’s marketing and growth strategy to align with overall business objectives.
Create and oversee a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan covering various channels, including digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activities.
Monitor and evaluate key metrics to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adapting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Take the lead in user communication, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels and tailoring communication strategies to different user segments.
Manage the entire user lifecycle process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to foster user base growth.
Ensure marketing strategies comply with regulatory requirements, positioning campaigns to leverage potential opportunities emerging from regulations.

Marketing/Growth experience in the Crypto industry.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Community Operation
Manage and maintain core community platforms (such as Telegram, X.com, TikTok, LINE, etc.) by publishing accurate and engaging original content, including announcements, tutorials, user stories, etc., to expand brand influence.
Develop and implement community guidelines, maintain a positive atmosphere, and handle disputes. Respond to community members' questions in a timely manner and provide basic support.
Plan and execute community-exclusive activities (AMAs, Q&As, game nights, creative competitions, online/offline meetups).
Build a self-sustaining fan community, encouraging user-generated content and peer-to-peer interactions.
Create segmented channels or communication mechanisms for different user groups (fans, creators, developers, investors). Act as a communication bridge between the community and project teams (product, technical, marketing), conveying the voice of the community.
Reward community contributions within the community using methods such as airdrops, point systems, and other incentives, in line with the marketing strategy, to encourage token holders to actively participate in the project .
Establish partnerships with core Web3 communities and develop a clear partnership framework, detailing resource sharing, event support, and mutual incentive policies.Utilize analytics tools to continuously optimize community engagement strategies based on user feedback and interaction data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in community operations or social media management. Experience with Web3 or blockchain projects is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effectively conveying project information.Possess a certain level of creativity and editing skills, able to independently write or assist in producing related copy, images, and video materials.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination abilities, capable of operating efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamically changing work environment.
Exhibit strong team collaboration spirit, proactive attitude, and the ability to independently solve problems and drive project progress.
Key Points:
Work Format: This position is full-time remote with a decentralized work model. The candidate must possess strong time management skills to ensure timely responses and efficient collaboration during working hours.
