Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of data analysts and business intelligence specialists to produce impactful data insights and market intelligence reports.
• Collaborate closely with business units, cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and competition, contribute to product enhancements, optimization, and expansion.
• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitors to identify growth prospects and enhance competitive positioning.
• Evaluate user behavior, conversion funnels, and user retention patterns to propose optimization strategies.
• Plan, implement, and execute A/B testing to validate product and marketing assumptions.
• Collaborate with various departments such as Business Units, Product, Big Data, Marketing, and Finance to address growth and operational challenges through data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and upkeep BI dashboards and data visualization tools to effectively communicate trends and insights.
• Oversee the data analytics lifecycle to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and delivery of actionable insights.
• Promote the adoption of advanced analytics techniques including predictive analytics, quantitative analysis, and statistical modeling.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Accumulate over 10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least two years in a leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience in the crypto, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
• Proficient in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
• Hands-on involvement with AB testing, product optimization, user acquisition, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Expertise in market intelligence and user insights contributing to business growth.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear business suggestions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application within the crypto/fintech sector.
• Knowledge of blockchain analytics tools and crypto market data platforms.
• Experience in developing and scaling analytics and optimization frameworks in rapidly growing companies.
