Head of Commercial and GTM - Enterprise Insights

Enterprise Insights, a recently established business unit comprising over 30 professionals within Improbable, presents an array of intriguing engineering challenges to be addressed.
We are seeking a proactive Head of Commercial and Go-To-Market (GTM) who leads by example. This pivotal role involves developing and managing a robust pipeline to fuel sustained business growth, leading marketing engagements for Enterprise Insights, and steering business development to achieve strategic expansion and increased revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline efficiently to ensure a consistent flow of business opportunities.
- Establish and execute a comprehensive commercial and GTM plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and cultivate strategies for business expansion.
- Work closely with product teams to translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Champion the recruitment and mentorship of a high-caliber Go-To-Market team.
- Manage contract negotiations and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
- Initiate and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and capabilities.
- Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Lead a high-performing Commercial and GTM team to surpass business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B and SaaS sales, preferable within a dynamic startup or corporate innovation environment.
- Proficiency in developing and executing effective GTM strategies within the automation and robotics sector.
- In-depth understanding of challenges faced by B2B customers in their end-to-end supply chain.
- Strong technical proficiency enabling the translation of customer needs into actionable product enhancements.
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of scaling businesses and facilitating substantial growth.
