We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Growth with at least 1 year of experience to drive our company's growth strategy and lead the expansion of our user base. The ideal candidate should have experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, and scaling products, with a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics. Experience in the Web3 space is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.

  • Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful growth marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Experience with growth tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
