Your Role
As a key player in risk management at Bitpanda, you will lead a team of professionals in implementing and enhancing our risk management framework. Working closely with stakeholders, you will be responsible for overseeing risk assessments, control frameworks, and maintaining Bitpanda's operational risk profile. Reporting directly to the VP of Group Risk Management, you will have a pivotal role in shaping our risk strategies.
Responsibilities
- Guide and manage a team of risk professionals to assess and monitor operational risks.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement the non-financial risk framework across Bitpanda.
- Drive transformation projects to instill a culture of risk-awareness within the organization.
- Chair governance committees to ensure Bitpanda's operational risk profile is well maintained.
