The Role:
We are seeking a Head of People and Talent to drive our talent acquisition efforts, targeting top-tier candidates in the online gambling, web3 and crypto spaces and to take ownership in developing and executing the company's human resources strategy in partnership with the leadership team. This individual will manage the entire employee lifecycle. This is from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding. Additionally this individual will perform hands-on operational work as needed, including HR administrative tasks and resolving employee relations issues.

We need a proactive and strategic individual with a track record of sourcing exceptional talent in fast-paced tech fields with experience in day-to-day HR. Sourcing Specialist: Skilled in locating high-quality candidates through multiple channels, especially within the web3, crypto, and gambling industries.
Engagement & Screening: Experienced in posting on targeted job boards, managing agency relationships, and conducting effective CV screenings.
Industry Knowledge: Familiar with the intricacies of web3 and gambling environments, including unique skills and roles.
Strategic vision: Ability to develop and implement a strategic HR vision that aligns with the company's goals and drives organisational success. This includes understanding industry trends, workforce dynamics, and best practices in HR management.
Systems and data oriented: Embraces technology and data, solves problems by establishing clear systems / processes that result in efficient operations, and measures performance through concrete KPIs.
Excellent communication: Effective communicator who can articulate HR strategies and policies clearly and persuasively to all levels of the organisation, from leadership through to all-hands engagements.
Employee relations expertise: Strong understanding of employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and refine recruitment strategies tailored to the crypto and gambling markets, building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews, assess cultural and technical fit, and provide hiring managers with clear and detailed feedback.
Agency & Job Board Management: Engage and coordinate and manage job advertisements with headhunters, recruitment agencies, and niche job boards, career pages and social media channels to broaden our talent reach.
Compliance and risk management: Develop and enforce HR policies and processes that mitigate risk and protect the company from exposure and harm. Lead proactive employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Budget Management: Manage and optimize HR budgets and resources
Performance Management: Support the continuous improvement and enhancement of performance management within the company. Drive the performance appraisal exercise, salary and bonus reviews, and talent processes including any offboarding if necessary.
Job Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years experience in sourcing gambling and crypto talents.
Passionate & Knowledgeable: Genuine interest in the gambling, crypto, and web3 spaces with an understanding of current trends and talent needs.
Excellent Communication: Skilled at clear, effective communication with both candidates and team members.
Sourcing: Experience in dealing with headhunters and recruitment agencies in addition to job online platforms such as LinkedIn and Social Media channels such as X / Twitter.
Analytical & Strategic: Proficiency in tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing recruitment approaches based on insights.
Management experience: Head of People experience preferred though open to applicants ready to step up into a Head of People role.
Human Resources: Experience with people management, conflicts and performance management.

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to join WalletFunnel and help coordinate product development, marketing, operations, and communication between team members.
You will work closely with developers, designers, marketing specialists, and management to keep projects organized, deadlines clear, and execution moving forward.

We are the developers behind the CorpFunds EA, a premium, highly optimized algorithmic trading bot designed for the forex and crypto markets. We are expanding our reach and looking for Web3-native marketers, community managers, and high-ticket sales specialists on LaborX to help us scale.
The Role:
As an Affiliate Sales Partner, your goal is to drive qualified traffic, traders, and investors to purchase the CorpFunds EA or allocate funds to our managed system. You will operate independently, utilizing your own marketing channels (Twitter/X, Discord communities, Telegram groups, YouTube, or direct outreach).
Compensation (Paid in Crypto - USDT/USDC):
We offer a highly aggressive commission structure for top performers:
Software Sales: Earn a flat $300 commission for every direct sale of the CorpFunds EA bot.
Investment/Managed Accounts: Earn a 30% ongoing revenue share on the profits generated from any capital your referred clients invest in the EA.
Note: This is a purely commission-based smart contract/bounty role. There is no cap on your earnings.
Ideal Candidate:

Operations Assistant
We're looking for an Operations Assistant to work closely with our VP of Operations and help keep the company organized and running smoothly.
A big part of this role is taking things off the team's plate. You'll be working on documents, organizing files, keeping information up to date, writing and maintaining internal documentation, doing research, following up on tasks, and helping with whatever operational work needs to get done.
We're a lean team, so this is not a role where you'll be given one task and wait for the next one. There will be a lot of different things coming your way. Some will be routine, some will be completely new. We need someone who can figure things out, stay organized, and follow through without needing to be managed every step of the way.
We're also still in the process of bringing in investors, so we're keeping the team lean and being thoughtful about hiring. We're looking for someone who can be genuinely useful across different areas of the business and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
Work directly with the VP of Operations on day-to-day operational tasks
Create, organize, update, and maintain company documents and files
Keep Google Drive and other company folders clean, organized, and easy to navigate

Business Development Associates/Managers
We're opening five BD Associate positions to expand our outreach capacity and grow the pipeline that powers TA Quant's partnerships and client base. As a BD Associate, you'll be the first point of contact between TA Quant and the projects, exchanges, and counterparties we want to work with. That means running targeted outreach campaigns, opening conversations, qualifying opportunities, and passing warm leads up to BD Managers for progression. This is a high-volume, high-communication role. You'll be managing a lot of simultaneous conversations across Telegram, Discord, X, and email, staying organized and professional throughout while moving quickly.
