About the Team
The Risk function at OKX plays a pivotal role in fostering a risk-aware culture within the organization. Comprising a team of diligent problem solvers, we provide strategic guidance to the business on regulatory requirements and enterprise risk management.
Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will encompass overall supervision of the continuous development, implementation, and review of an effective Risk Management framework at OKX. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Establishing and executing risk management processes and controls tailored to accommodate OKX’s business size and complexity.
Crafting and executing the Risk Management framework to ensure appropriate identification, reporting, escalation, management, and mitigation of risks.
Assessing short-, medium-, and long-term emerging risks, evaluating internal and external events.
Formulating a risk appetite framework and articulating and documenting the annual Risk Appetite Statement along with risk tolerance limits for all risk categories.
Providing evaluations of the actual risk and liquidity levels for OKX UK, juxtaposed with documented limits and appetites.
Supervising and reporting on the encompassing risk profile of OKX UK, including compliance with risk limits.
Furnishing detailed accounts of breaches to risk parameters and forecasting the likelihood of potential breaches.
Developing a fitting stress testing regime aligned with OKX’s critical risks and detailing the outcomes of stress tests.
Requirements
In potential candidates, we are looking for:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in senior management roles within a risk management framework, encompassing the establishment and operation of such frameworks.
Preferably, recent exposure to the crypto sector coupled with a strong interest in cryptocurrency.
Experience working within regulated financial services environments.
Proficiency in effective communication with relevant stakeholders, delivering practical, actionable, and value-added recommendations.
Recognition of a Risk Management qualification such as CRM, IRM, or PRMIA as advantageous.
Listing Business Development Manager (Crypto, Japanese Speaking)

About the Role:
- Identify new business opportunities, expand and execute strategic partnerships
- Look for new listing sales opportunities in Blockchain and crypto space
- Manage the listing sales pipeline, from researching, sourcing, contacting, negotiating, converting and following up with clients
- Liase and coordinate with marketing, product, customer support and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of products

As we expand and take a more active approach to global expansion, bitcastle is looking to hire a Full-Time Japanese speaking Chief Technology Officer to lead our engineering team.As frequent communication with Japan and Vietnam entities is required, this role will require Japanese language proficiency and will be fully remote at the moment.
– Formulate strategy and establish the technical vision for the business

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KOL Business Development to drive user growth and enhance brand visibility for our exchange. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and strategic partners to promote our platform.
- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote the exchange in order to achieve user growth.
- As a representative of the exchange, to build and maintain a good relationship with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term partnership
- Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyze results, and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with local industry developments trends, conduct market research and create strategies when required
- Attend events as a representative of the exchange when required, expand network and bring in more leads for the exchange
Requirements:
