HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant functions to devise solutions and ensure alignment of HR policies with business objectives.
- Provide strategic insights on Organization development, global Compensation & Benefits Performance, and Talent Development to support the growth of expanding functions.
- Offer guidance on performance management to line managers, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Enhance work relationships, boost morale, improve productivity, and foster retention by working closely with management and employees.
- Address complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough and unbiased investigations.
- Identify training needs for business units and provide executive coaching where necessary.
- Consult, provide advice, and drive improvements within partnered teams.
- Offer input on department structure, workforce planning, and succession planning for a rapidly growing team.
Requirements:
- Possess 5-8 years of relevant experience in various HR disciplines, including performance management, fostering a high-performance culture, employee relations, engagement, and diversity.
- Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management skills to collaborate with senior team members effectively.
- Familiarity with employment laws across multiple European countries.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations such as onboarding new hires, facilitating performance evaluations, and managing employee workload balance.
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and a strategic problem-solving approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of a rapidly expanding organization.
- Previous experience working in large department functions is advantageous.
